Warm-Up Spring Equinox Solstice Ceremony  3:00 - 3:45 pm

Join us for a rejuvenating spring  equinox ceremony led by Lily Rose & Isabella Pabòn. The spring equinox has been celebrated for thousands of years across cultures. We will then be guided through a combination of Scandinavian European and Taino (Taíno were seafaring indigenous peoples of the Bahamas, Greater Antilles, and the northern Lesser Antilles. They were one of the Arawak peoples of South America, and the Taíno language was a member of the Arawakan language family of northern South America). Lily will be guiding us through the ceremonial traditions of Scandinavia, while Isabella will be guiding us through ceremonial traditions of the Taíno.

You will have the opportunity to participate in ceremony and set intentions for the spring.

Opening Circle and Dance 3:50  - 5:30 pm

Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to the ecstatic dance scene, we welcome everyone to come celebrate life and movement. Move in whatever way feels good to you; dancing solo or with others is equally welcome. Ecstatic dance is designed to take you through a journey. The dance aims to create space for one to let go of thought, move how you want, be how you want.
