Womens' Gather & Grow: Emotional Wellness & Support Gathering for 30-50s.

For Women 30-50s seeking encouragement & emotional wellness support, as you refine & grow into who you are meant to be. Meets once a month along with extra local vitalize retreats. There are two other group locations as well. Regular attendance is encouraged at one group; you are welcome to attend more than one. Monthly gatherings include discussion, wellness tips and an activity. Goal is to have the same women recurring to build support and connections, but is open to new attendees. Max is 10 total each meeting. Following dates for this group are November 9th and December 7th. Other groups meet Tuesday 7-8:30pm at Work & Class Restaurant Englewood, and Thursday morning 9:15-10:45am Exchange Coffee House @ Canyons Castle Pines.
