Women's Full Moon Circle

You've probably been feeling the pressure building. This Full Moon in Scorpio is asking you to find quiet by expressing something deep inside that's been longing for recognition, longing for release.
You can't just sit on it anymore. It's time to do something about it.
Join us to align with the power of the full moon to connect deeply with your heart and spirit, and ground your feet on the earth. You'll move out stuck energy or heaviness you've been carrying, while in this new space, call in your intention for this next cycle.

In this circle you'll get embodied through breath work, somatic movement especially lighting up the hips (scorpio is all about 2nd chakra) , then open up your throat by chanting and truth speaking in loving community (only if you choose- silence ok too). You'll nourish your heart using authentic raw authentic raw cacao directly from Mexico, make offerings in a fire ceremony, and connect deep to spirit in meditation.

Come as you are. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just curious about ceremony magic, you're welcome here. No prior experience needed.

Each circle is a ceremony, led with the highest intention and energetic support for the healing of all gathered. Circles are unique to the energy of the month and may include practices such as: meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, journaling, open sharing, discussion on the month's astrology, intention setting, offering of prayers and song.
Honoring the feminine life force within by harnessing the lunar energies, our moon circles empower, inspire and motivate women in arenas including personal growth, relationship, work, creativity, fertility and motherhood.

Carmen Thomas-Paris, founder of Dream Doula Village is dedicated to supporting, empowering and educating women. She is an expert in women's health, practicing as a doula, educator, somatic therapist, bodyworker and facilitator. Through her work with women at various points in their timeline, she began offering moon circles to provide support, sisterhood, and connection to their spiritual and intuitive side.

Lauren Freiman is a transformational coach, somatic practitioner, and meditation teacher with 20 years of study under some of the greatest modern teachers of mental and holistic health, tantric meditation and yoga. As founder of The Rising Sun, a center for personal and spiritual growth, she helps her clients build new neurological pathways, release trauma, deeply-held emotions and limiting beliefs so that they can create a life of joy and fulfillment. She is passionate about bringing women together to mend the hoop of the people.
