At Harrow Health Matters, we collaborate to empower the community to improve their own health and we recognise that life is part of wellness.

Everything we do in life can have an impact on mental and physical health so have created this monthly forum to come together to support women in all areas of their life.

By joining in you will be able to listen to other women's stories, share your own (if you wish), talk about what you are passionate about, create long lasting friendships and business allies and much more.

Women are by nature creative and we hope you feel that this is your forum as much as the people organising it. With that in mind, bring your suggestions for topics to discuss and support you could offer.
