Women's Faith-Based Yoga

Ready to start your new year feeling refreshed and connected? Come join us for a morning of Faith-Based Yoga! This is a special time for us women to gather, move our bodies, and fix our hearts on Jesus.

Whether you are a yoga pro or have never stepped on a mat, you are so welcome here. We’ll spend time in prayer, enjoy a gentle worship flow, and celebrate our faith together.

The Details:

• When: Saturday, Jan 24th @ 9:00 AM
• Where: EastLake Church (Upper Campus, Kids Room)
• The Best Part: Stay after class for some yummy morning treats and a chance to chat!
• Suggested donation: $15 to help support the event.
• Yoga Items to Bring: mat or towel.

Come as you are, bring a friend, and let’s kick off the year by honoring the Lord with our whole hearts (and a good stretch!). We can't wait to see you there!
