Join us for a day designed to inspire and empower, featuring a curated lineup of vendors, experiences, and resources focused on helping women feel their best—inside and out.Set against the natural beauty of Big Rock Creek, the experience goes beyond the expo. Spend time outside of the expo to explore the scenic trails, rent a bike or fly fishing pole, or unwind with our rejuvenating sauna and cold plunge experience—the perfect way to reset your body and mind.
