Women's Equality Day Walks on Campus - Public Invited
You are invited to help celebrate Women's Equality Day during two short walks around our main hospital campus in North Chicago!
Join staff and volunteers to publicly recognize the meaning of the day.
There are two walks - the first begins at 11:30 a.m., and the second one starts at 12:15 p.m.
The walks will leave from the main entrance to Bldg. 133EF, the Ambulatory Care Clinic, and will continue around campus for approximately 30 minutes each. The main entrance has the four flagpoles, valet parking and the circle drive next to the 4-story parking garage. Parking will be available in the parking garage.
Women's Equality Day commemorates the 1920 adoption of the 19th Amendment to the United States Constitution, which prohibits the states and the federal government from denying the right to vote to citizens of the United States on the basis of sex.
