A Community-centered 90-minute drum experience that's playful, welcoming, and designed to empower women (and all those who identify with the feminine) through rhythm, connection, and learning.
Each session, guided by Sandra Katala, explores the art of drumming in a way that's easygoing, creative and low-pressure. You'll learn simple rhythms, explore how they weave together and get comfortable making music with others; whether you're been drumming for years or have never touched a drum before.
This is a space to laugh, learn, experiment and enjoy making rhythm in a community.
No experience is necessary. Limited drums available for use or bring your own Djembe or Buffalo Drum. RSVP
Your facilitator is Sandra Katala, a positive force for change and empowerment, providing every person who crosses her path with more insights into their body, mind, and spirit.
