It's that time of year where the ripe fruits drop, the leaves let go, the earth turns beautiful colors and we get to slow down and feel the deeper inner landscape!Welcome women to gather for a sweet, healing, supportive 4 hour journey!
Together we access the underbelly layers to feel, reveal, heal, expressive, and rejuvenate!
We will explore the theme of
WHAT WANTS TO BE RELEASED this fall season?
How can we SURRENDER EVEN MORE?!
What wants to be welcomed, tended and nourished?
The day will include time for solo drop in & exploration moving into pair and group work.
We will weave in the beautiful modalities of Authentic Movement, Bodytales© (Embodied Storytelling), making art inspired by our movement pieces, writing and having our expression moved back in a healing collage of words, dance & creative expression!

I weave in 3 decades of study, practice and working as a Somatic Therapist and practitioner of forms including the Tamalpa Institute work (weaving movment, art & writing) as well as deep dives practicing & sharing in forms like Authentic Movement, Authentic Relating & Bodytales ©
