About this Event

This International Women’s Day, nurture your soul. Join us for guided exercises that are meant to help you build strength from the inside out, helping us tackle challenges with a renewed spirit.
Participants will move through stations involving journaling, psychological resilience practices, and a mindful craft to help us reflect and regenerate together.
