Join Brenda Rowland from Your Story Fitness & Kelly Tibbets from Love|Yoga|Grace on International Women's Day for a whole day Retreat to re-connect to self and community. This day will include Yoga, Meditation, Wellbeing Workshops and opportunities for Creativity. Included are wholesome snacks, refreshments and a warm & comforting lunch.
