Registration & Coffee
🕑: 09:00 AM - 09:50 AM
The Unbuilt Session 1: Leading Without a Blueprint
Host: Sasha Simmons

Info: Some of the biggest moments in your career arrive with no playbook. This opening conversation explores what it really takes to lead, decide and hold your ground when the path isn't clear, drawing on candid stories and an open exchange with the room. You'll leave with language for the uncertainty you've been navigating, and the foundation for what comes next.

Sasha Simmons, Founder & Leadership Speaker, Witavation

🕑: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Open Fair: Brunch, Networking & Wellness

Info: Enjoy a two-hour open fair designed to refresh, recharge and connect. Visit speaker and sponsor tables, mingle with fellow attendees, get a free massage (that's right!), enter raffles for free giveaways, or simply grab a bite to eat and enjoy the scenic landscape of the museum.

🕑: 12:00 PM - 12:50 PM
The Exit Conversation No One Is Having: A Briefing for Women in Business
Host: Alisha Pennington

Info: Most advisors are well-equipped to handle the financial dimensions of a client’s business transition. The psychological, emotional, and cultural dimensions are another story.

Women in business — whether founders, executives, or business owners — face a set of barriers at the exit and transition stage that have nothing to do with valuation, deal structure, or succession planning. They are identity-based. They are cultural. And they show up in the advisory relationship long before a transaction is ever on the table.

This session is about advisor intelligence — and the competitive advantage that comes from understanding the whole client, not just the balance sheet.

🕑: 01:00 PM - 01:50 PM
The Unbuilt Session 2: From Conversation to Construction
Host: Sasha Simmons

Info: Ideas only matter when you do something with them. In this hands-on working session, we take everything from the morning and put it to work, building a practical, personal approach you can apply right away. Expect to roll up your sleeves, work alongside the women at your table and walk out with something you built, not just something you heard.
