Held in the heart of Yeppoon, on the foreshore at the beautiful Wellness Haven, we circle our unique stories of intentionally striving for a life of conscious choice.Values are what motivate us to make our life choices. If you make a choice that is not in alignment with your personal values and beliefs, your body will tell you through the forms of signs and symptoms. That all start with, you guessed it, A TRIGGER!
If you continue to ignore your triggers and bodies signals, your body will eventually not be able to compensate for the irregular functioning and you will fall into illness or disease. For example, if you would like to work as a medicine woman but you work as an accountant, you may come by signs and symptoms in the form of insomnia, sugar cravings, moodiness, anxiety or depression.
Alternatively, if you are living a life of CHOICE in alignment with your values, you will feel energetic, creative, spontaneous and full of life.
You can only undeniably know your values if you are tuning in to your wise, higher self ~ through what I like to call your ‘Sweet Whispers!’
In this circle, we explore what ‘striving to be healthy and content within oneself by aligning our lives with choices attuned with our values feels like’ for uniquely you.
