What is a Women's Circle? A safe space for women and those that identify as female to gather with others, for support, to be heard, to make time for yourself, and learn stress management tools to help in every day life.We meet monthly with a different focus on health and wellness with various themes. This month, our theme is Connected Circles: Dot Art + Soul Connection!

About Becky...Becky Wojcik, MA, RDN, LDN, RYT is a mind-body dietitian and yoga teacher with close to 20 years of experience in nutrition, food, and counseling. She helps clients find body positivity, self-love, and enjoyment of food and movement to create a more balanced, joyful life. She provides clients with the tools to incorporate mindful and intuitive eating to find food freedom and have a better relationship with their bodies. Becky loves to incorporate her passions for food, cooking, gardening, yoga, meditation, and meaningful human connection.
