A women’s circle is a gentle, welcoming space where women come together to pause, breathe, and connect. For this special introductory gathering, we’ll meet as a small group of no more than 10 women for 1 hour.
The event will start with a guided meditation to help you unwind, followed by open group conversations. There is never any pressure to speak you’re welcome to simply listen, reflect quietly, or share as much or as little as feels comfortable for you. What matters most is that you feel held and supported.
Women have been sitting in circles for thousands of years, across many cultures, as a way to share stories, wisdom, and companionship. In today’s busy world, circles give us the chance to return to that timeless tradition a place to rest, reconnect, and begin building deeper friendships and support networks with like-minded women nearby.
