A Glimpse of Our Program:

You’ll enjoy grounding rituals like journaling and somatic exercises, awaken your body through a flowing warm-up, learn a playful and feminine dance combo, and experience being seen and celebrated in a supportive sharing circle. We’ll close with a calming meditation to integrate the experience.
