Women's Circle: Unearth Your Shadow with Roya AllegraUnresolved patterns can create chaos in our lives, manifesting as self-doubt, fear, or anxiety. When we don’t show up for ourselves and navigate the world carrying this turmoil, our external reality often reflects that inner chaos.
In this women’s healing gathering, we will focus on unearthing and soothing our shadows. The untapped grief, pain, and outdated narratives deserve your acknowledgment and compassion.
If you feel called to engage in your own healing, join us for a heart-opening ceremony that will include writing, breathwork, and shamanic meditation.
Please bring a journal and wear something comfortable and beautiful.
This offering will be led by Roya Allegra, an empowerment guide from California. After a profound spiritual journey lasting over seven years, Roya is dedicated to creating safe spaces for women to empower themselves. In addition to being certified in yoga and Reiki, she has studied shamanic practices that have transformed her life and now shares these teachings with the community.
