Women’s Circle: To be HeardThis Women’s Circle is a calm and inclusive space designed to support rest, reflection, and gentle healing.
It’s a space where nothing is required of you. The circle is held in a way that allows women to settle into themselves, whether through quiet listening, reflection, or sharing if that feels right. Healing in this circle isn’t something that’s forced or directed - it’s something that naturally unfolds when there is safety, presence, and care.
The gathering begins with a simple guided experience to settle into the space. Followed by a prompt - everyone will a chance to share, within the circle, their mind and heart.
This is a space to be simply heard in a healing presence - one that supports the nervous system, release, and a sense of being genuinely heard.
There will be a nourishing plant-based dinner and dessert to close the night in a grounded and connected way.
Meet Rasesvari, your host
Rasesvari (pronounced Rah-say-shwari) has always remembered feeling connected to healing, the inner world, and what helps people feel well and in alignment. Growing up, she spent many hours tucked away in libraries, reading about philosophy, plants, and anything that felt meaningful or life-giving.
Her path took a few turns away from the usual route, leading her to spend six years in an ashram setting focused on self-development and spiritual life. During that time, she explored meditation deeply and had space to focus on her own healing. This naturally opened the door to learning about Traditional Chinese healing, Ayurveda, sound healing, bioresonance, and a lot of self-study along the way.
Her loving aim is simple: to create spaces where people can finally feel comfortable in themselves again and have room for their own growth and healing.
