✨ Women’s Healing Circle: The Sacred Act of Self-Love

This February, we gather in sacred sisterhood to reconnect with the most important relationship we will ever have—the relationship with ourselves. This Women’s Circle is an invitation to slow down, soften, and intentionally cultivate self-love through reflection, creativity, and sound.
Opening Circle:
We'll begin by grounding into the space together. Each woman is welcomed into the circle with intention, creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. We'll talk about our theme, take a collective breath, and take part in an optional check-in, allowing everyone to share how they are arriving in the space if they wish to do so.
Guided Meditation:
The circle will flow into a gentle guided meditation focused on heart connection and self-compassion. You'll be invited to release external expectations and reconnect with the inner voice. The meditation will encourage awareness, gratitude, and kindness toward the self, setting the emotional tone for the evening.
Self-Love Activity; Affirmation Jars & Ritual:
After meditation, we'll move into a creative self-love practice. Each participant creates a Self-Love Affirmation Jar, filling it with handwritten affirmations, loving reminders, and empowering truths. This activity is designed to anchor positive self-talk and provides a tangible tool you can return to whenever you need encouragement or grounding.
Tea & Homemade cake: A chance to relax, chat, and connect
Sound Healing:
The evening closes with a soothing sound healing journey. Using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion, sound vibrations will guide the body into deep relaxation and integration. This will support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a sense of inner peace, allowing the intentions of self-love to settle deeply.
Closing:
We'll gently return from sound healing and close the circle with gratitude, grounding, and a final shared breath. You'll hopefully leave feeling nourished, connected, and empowered to carry self-love into your daily life
Who Can Join: All women are welcome, regardless of your healing experience. This circle is a safe and nurturing space for everyone.
