As we gather near the energy of the Summer Solstice, we honour the season of fullness — the moment when light stretches longest across the sky and all that has been quietly growing begins to bloom.
This circle is a celebration of what has taken root within you.
The intentions you planted.
The courage you claimed.
The soft strength you cultivated.
Now is the time to embody it.
Together, we will:
Reflect on what has grown since the start of the year
Celebrate personal expansion and breakthroughs
Move through uplifting embodiment practices
Connect to joy, radiance, and self-expression
Take part in a solstice-inspired ritual of gratitude and illumination
The Summer Solstice reminds us that we are allowed to be seen.
To take up space.
To shine without apology.
This is a circle of warmth, vitality, and shared light — a moment to stand fully in who you are becoming.
Come dressed in something that makes you feel radiant.

Who Can Join: All women are welcome, regardless of your healing experience. This circle is a safe and nurturing space for everyone.
What to Bring:
A cushion & blanket for comfort
A journal to capture your intentions
Any crystals you would like to work with
An open heart and mind
(Yoga mats will be provided)
