Shame Masquerade - Let's Take off the Mask Carrie is an empowered empath, who enjoys sharing her wisdom of how she learned to ground and transmute her energy in order to create a more peaceful life internally and externally.
After having her second child she discovered she had ADHD and felt chronically overwhelmed and overstimulated. This was the pivotal moment of her second awakening. Shortly after she discovered energy work and found tools that enabled her to calm her nervous system. She embraced self awareness through mindful practice that helped her be in tune with her mind, body and spirit.
With her newfound tools she wants to share with others how they can take a grounded approach at revealing the source of darkness in their lives, creating a knowing of the power that lies within us all.

Brené Brown’s book “I thought it was me (but it isn't)” encompasses her work in shame research both identifying shame and creating shame resilience. In this circle we will explore th the 12 categories of Shame:

Surviving Trauma
Being Stereotyped or Labeled
Our objective is to highlight which areas have affected your life the most and have prevented you from becoming your authentic self. This circle is intended to shine light on events that often are mislabeled by other feelings and emotions, but really are shame. Ironically, there is shame about talking about shame and this circle is a safe space to finally shine the Light and speak up.

We believe in the power of sisterhood, where women rise together—strengthened by shared vulnerability, wisdom, and love—transforming ourselves and the world around us.
-COVID-19, RSV, Flu Precautions: If you have fever, cough, aches, please consider staying home to rest. There will always be more opportunities. You may choose to wear a mask, we have several here for you to share.
-Children: We ask that you do not bring children to circle. At times, the nature of our discussions are very personal, graphic and are adult in nature. Occasionally, women experience deep emotional, psychological and physiological release. It is our quest to provide a safe space for spiritual healing and transformation.
-Disclosure: Dawn Everhart or any other facilitator, speaker or presenter are not acting as counselors, psychotherapists, physicians, nurses or health professionals. Our Women's Circle is not intended to take the place of conventional counseling or medical treatment. Rather, we are a circle of caring, compassionate women, friends and sisters.
