This is your invitation to step into a space where women gather — not to compete or compare — but to witness, celebrate, and uplift one another.

Whether you’re new to Montreal or have been here for years, this evening is a chance to meet like-minded women, share your voice, and leave feeling lighter, more inspired, and maybe even with a new friend or two.

I’m Kena, an Empowerment Guide and founder of Midlife Butterfly brand & podcast. I help women who are navigating big life changes — divorce, moving countries, starting over, or simply asking, “Who am I now?” — to reconnect with themselves and create the life they truly want.

I’ve lived through my own seasons of endings and rebirths, and I know how powerful it is to have a safe, welcoming space where you can be seen and heard without judgment. That’s why I’m hosting this circle — so you can connect, share your truth, and maybe even leave with a heart a little fuller than when you arrived.
