Lotus Dream Sanctuary is a coed gathering where a Reiki-infused sound bath meets a deeply calming Yoga Nidra, all enhanced by the healing magic of Lotuswei flower essences. This mystical, restorative journey offers a soothing balm for stress in chaotic times – a chance to unplug from the world and turn gently inward for spiritual connection.
Let the harmonious tones of crystal singing bowls and gongs wash over you, while Reiki energy flows through every vibration to balance mind and body. You’ll then be guided through a tranquil Yoga Nidra meditation, drifting into a dreamlike state of profound relaxation. All the while, a whisper of flower essences envelops you, uplifting your heart and grounding your soul in serenity.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, and water (optional journal & pen for reflection). You may choose to sit on a backjack or chair. Dress comfortably.

🪻Children: We ask that you do not bring children to circle. At times, the nature of our discussions are very personal, graphic and are adult in nature. Occasionally, women experience deep emotional, psychological and physiological release. It is our quest to provide a safe space for spiritual healing and transformation.
