Women's Circle: From Survival to Thriving, Building the Foundation for the Life You Desire!
Many women spend years focused on meeting the needs of others—raising families, supporting partners, caring for aging parents, serving their communities, and carrying responsibilities that often leave little time to ask an important question: What do I need?
In this Women's Circle, we will explore the wisdom of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs through a compassionate and practical lens. Together, we will reflect on the foundations that support a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling life.
We will discuss:
🌿 Meeting our basic physical needs and honoring our bodies.
🌿 Creating safety, stability, and healthy boundaries.
🌿 The importance of friendship, belonging, and supportive community.
🌿 Building self-esteem. confidence, and self-worth.
🌿 Moving beyond survival into growth, purpose, creativity, and self-expression.
Just as a tree requires strong roots before it can reach toward the sky, we too need a solid foundation in order to thrive. When our basic needs are met and our lives feel grounded and secure, we create space for healing, transformation, joy, and personal growth.
This evening offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and honestly assess where you are in your journey. What areas of your life feel well-supported? What needs have been neglected? What small changes might help you create a life that is more balanced, nourishing, and aligned with who you are becoming?
There is no judgment and no expectation of perfection—only an invitation to greater awareness, self-compassion, and intentional living.
Join us for an evening of meaningful conversation, personal reflection, and connection with a circle of supportive women.

Our circle is a sanctuary—a safe, welcoming space where women can gather to share their thoughts, feelings, experiences, challenges, and triumphs without judgment.
🌸 Through our sisterhood, we offer deep listening and heartfelt connection, creating a nurturing environment where each woman can explore her truth and be seen, heard, and valued. We hold space for personal and collective healing, embracing each woman's unique path and honoring the wisdom she carries.
🌼Together, we uplift and inspire each other as we walk the path of "soul work," encouraging authenticity, self-discovery, and self-love. As a sacred cheering squad, we stand in full support of one another’s illumination, personal growth, and well-being, fostering a community rooted in compassion, empowerment, and spiritual connection.
🥀We believe in the power of sisterhood, where women rise together—strengthened by shared vulnerability, wisdom, and love—transforming ourselves and the world around us.
🌻COVID-19, RSV, Flu Precautions: If you have fever, cough, aches, please consider staying home to rest. There will always be more opportunities. You may choose to wear a mask, we have several here for you to share.
🪻Children: We ask that you do not bring children to circle. At times, the nature of our discussions are very personal, graphic and are adult in nature. Occasionally, women experience deep emotional, psychological and physiological release. It is our quest to provide a safe space for spiritual healing and transformation.

Our Women's Circle is not intended to take the place of conventional counseling or medical treatment. Rather, we are a circle of caring, compassionate women, friends and sisters.
