When women gather, magic can happen. Sitting together in circle is a beautiful way to show ourselves and each other that our voice matters. Join us for our monthly circle with facilitator Marta Reczek.Haven’t been to a women’s circle before? Here’s what to expect at this one: we will begin with some music and singing bowls, then sharing time is a chance to speak about anything you’d like without input or interruption from others, we will do a calming meditation to allow ourselves time for reflection, and then we close with a song. We honour confidentiality and there is zero pressure to share.
We have yoga mats to sit on and pillows, cushions, and blankets to be extra cozy and comfortable. Feel free to bring any of your own items.
No registration required. We welcome you to just show up and be your authentic self! Ages 18 +
Location: Engine House Yoga & Fitness at 2131 Parkdale Avenue, Brockville
Free to attend. Donations are welcomed, with all proceeds going to Interval House, the women’s shelter in Brockville.
