Dear community,
As our church prepares for a powerful new chapter of holding ceremonies, we are in urgent need of financial support to bring this next vision into being. Until now, our Women’s Circle has been offered as a free gathering, but we’ve reached a point where we can no longer grow without community contribution.
Beginning in July, we made the difficult decision to begin asking for a $10 attendance fee for non-members (payable in advance on our website, or at the time of the event via cash or Venmo). Church members will continue to attend for free.
That said, accessibility and inclusion will always remain core to who we are. If this fee presents a hardship, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we will make accommodations.
This change will help us continue to hold space for connection, healing, and growth for all who attend while contributing to our greater and most important mission for the church - our sacred ceremonies.

Welcome to the gathering of women, a nurturing space dedicated to empowering and uplifting women from all walks of life. Here, we come together to share stories, support each other's journeys, and witness each other in both celebration and grief. Whether you're seeking guidance, connection, or simply a place to be heard, you'll find a warm and welcoming community here. Join us as we inspire, motivate, and uplift each other to reach our fullest potential. To help us keep our women’s circle grounded, welcoming, and intentional, please keep the following in mind:
+ Fragrance & Ritual: We use incense, sage, and palo santo as part of our rituals. These are meaningful and central to our practice. If you're sensitive to smoke, you're welcome to sit farther from the altar — we just ask that you respect the presence of these elements.
+ Timeliness & Presence: Please plan to arrive a few minutes early (especially if you are paying at the time of the event) and stay for the full event. Coming or going during the circle can disrupt the sacred container we’re holding together.
+ Sharing Space: During discussion, we aim to witness and support one another — not to fix. If you feel called to offer advice or reflections, please ask first: “Would you like feedback or just to be heard?” We also invite everyone to be mindful of how much space they’re taking up in conversation, and to leave room for those who haven’t spoken yet.
+ Staying on Topic: Please stay present with the discussion prompt or theme during the circle. We leave time at the end for open connection and off-topic conversation.
+ Pronouns & Inclusion: We honor each person’s identity. If you’d like to share your pronouns during introductions, this is a safe space to do so.
+ Confidentiality & Consent: What is shared in circle stays in circle. Please don’t share someone else’s story outside the space unless you have their clear permission.
+ Accessibility: If you have any access needs or questions about participating, feel free to reach out beforehand.
+ Location Details: This event will be held at Manito Park, and a map of the particular spot can be found under the "discussion" page here. If you need assistance finding the group, please text 509-742-0194 BEFORE the 6pm start time. After this time, the phone will be silenced in respect for the circle. We recommend bringing a blanket or chair to sit on and a journal/pen.
