Join us for an evening of me time, a digital detox away from screens and distractions. Come and experience a calm space to simply be, gather your thoughts or lose the thoughts that no longer serve you. The event will include breathing exercises, a lovely story, and a guided meditation to relax your entire body. Spaces are limited to keep the space special and small. You don't have to talk to anyone unless you want to, chatty or wallflower, all are welcome. The event will take place at a location with comfortable seating and blankets, and will include free cake and a goodie bag to take home.
