Winter Warmer Women's Circle
Join us as we settle into winter & take a journey inwards using meditation, sound bath, vocal toning, gentle movement & a cacao ceremony to nurture your well-being.
Women’s Circle’s are an opportunity to connect, empower, share & support each other. It is a time to rejuivnate, align with your authentic self & fill your cup.
Winter is a season of rest, where nature slows down and nearly comes to a halt. We invite you to embrace the depth of winter, gently leaning into rest and reflection, and allowing the sounds and silences to guide you inward to your inner wisdom. This gathering offers a sacred pause, in the quiet of winter with a glimmer of light and hope for the future, with anticipation of the warm summer days.

- yoga mat or blanket (you can borrow a mat from us)
- pillow or bolster
- journal and pen
- water bottle
What to expect:
A relaxing & nurturing afternoon. You can share as much as you would like, or just receive the beautiful offerings from each of the hosts. Light snacks will be provided at the end.
