Women's Circle & Reiki-Infused Sound Bath: Destiny & Your Divine Path

What have you been put on this earth to do? We all have important moments, roles, and missions here in this life. Some feel like they manifest by chance and others feel like they've been predetermined or written in the stars. Both can be true... unexpected experiences that unfold as a part of the curious nature of life, as well as that sense of purpose we feel when something synchronistic happens.

On this particular day (March 14. 2026), certain astrological placements prime us to take action towards our destiny. Of course, this doesn't mean we have to instantly align with our life purpose and intiate it into being, but it's a perfect moment in time to pause and reflect on the deeper meaning of your life and what you feel called to do or how you feel called to live.

Come into Circle and whisper your truth. Explore the Divine possibilities that exist when you collaborate with the Universe.

You're invited (though not required!) to bring something to the altar that represents a sychronistic happening in your life or something that relates to your destiny & divine path.

This nurturing circle will include quiet reflective time with journaling prompts & oracle cards, facilitated prompts & invitations for group sharing, & a restorative meditation & sound bath.

*This Circle is open to all who identify as women.

What is a Women's Circle?

A Circle is a sacred space for women to intentionally gather & deepen connection to self & the collective.

Circles have been around since ancient times in many cultuers and counrties, and while modern day circles may have a different flow, you can still expect ritual & elements of ceremony to be a part of the experience. They include conversation, reflection, journaling, & meditation with a heavy emphasis on connecting to our sacred & divine feminine.

What Should I Bring?

• Yourself, with an open mind & open heart.
• A mug for tea
• A water bottle
• A notebook & pen, yoga mat, blanket (extras will be available if you forget!)
• If you wish to dress in the spirit of your inner goddess, wonderful! If you want to come cozy in your pjs or straight out of a workout or yoga class, equally as wonderful!

What Will Be Provided?

• An altar space with candles, aromatherapy sprays, & oracle cards.
• A yoga bolster to sit on
• Hot water & a tea selection
• Extra blankets, yoga mats, notebooks, & pens will be available incase you forget!

What is the Flow?

10:50-11:00 arrive, get settled.

11:10 Circle opens

11:10- 11:40 Short grounding meditation, I'll offer inspiring nuggets of wisdom & points of relfection around our theme as well as brief journaling time

11:40-12:25 Circle Sharing (you're invited, though not required to share what brought you to Circle or a reflection from your Oracle cards or something that resonates from the theme)

12:25-12:30 Transition time- use restroom, journal, lay down for sound bath

12:30-1:00 Sound Bath & Guided Meditation

What is Reiki Infused Sound Bath?

“Reiki” means “life force energy” or “Universal life energy”.

Reiki is a healing energy technique that was developed in Japan in the 1920s as a means to bring energetic balance to the body. The practice is based on the ancient premise that everything is energy. It can travel across time and space, so you don't even need to be in the same proximity as someone to receive it.

I will send Reiki to everyone during the sound bath (this is considered distance Reiki since I will be directing to everyone in the room). All you have to do is set the intention to receive!

As your Guide & Facilitator, I create an inclusive & warm environment for those who identify as women to come together and share their experience & to reconnect with their humanness, divine connection, and truth, all without judgement.

In addition to being a Circle Facilitator, I'm a Reiki & EFT Practitioner, an Intuitive Life Coach & Spiritual Guide. My clients have said I’m like their Soul Alchemist. I blend my empathic & intuitive gifts with a co-active coaching model in which I work with women to reflect on, reframe, & reclaim their truest, most fully expressed lives.

I hold the deepest belief that the world heals & becomes a better place for us all when we have the opportunity to tap into our gifts, cultivate our strengths, & do what lights us up. I trust that when we are connected to our truth & inner knowing, we create a ripple effect that creates a profound impact on our Earth & the people on it.

I live in my hometown of Cleveland Heights with my 2 young boys, husband, and our dogs, Denver & Maggie.
