Women's Circle & Reiki-Infused Sound Bath: Awakening with Imbolc

While the darkness & biting cold remind us that we're still in the depths of winter, we are actually over half way between winter solstice & spring equinox. February 1st marked Imbolc-- a Pagan & Gaelic celebration & earth-based spiritual holiday that honors the new energy, inspiration and creative forces that begin to stir again during this time of year.

Whether you are feeling the weight of the world as you move through these final weeks of winter, or whether you are beginning to feel a sense of lightness as we march towards spring & longer, brighter days, you are invited to sink into a couple of hours rich with intentionality, presence, & restoration.

Reflect, rest, and give yourself the gift of deeper connection to self, sisterhood, and Source.

This evening will include self inquiry work & invitations for group discussion, guided meditation, & a Reiki-infused sound bath.

What is a Women's Circle?

A Circle is a sacred space for women to intentionally gather & deepen connection to self & the collective.

Women’s Circles have been around since ancient times, and while modern day circles may have a different flow, you can still expect ritual & ceremony to be a part of the experience. They're kind of like a gentle blend of group therapy & meditation with a heavy emphasis on connecting to our sacred & divine feminine. There is thoughtful, facilitated discussion & sharing, as well as time to lay back & receive music or channeled messages coming through to lovingly support you.

This event is created for those who identify as women.

What Should I Bring?

• Yourself, with an open mind & open heart.
• A mug for tea (extras available if needed)
• A water bottle
• A notebook & pen, yoga mat, blanket (extras will be available if you forget!)
• If you wish to dress in the spirit of your inner goddess, wonderful! If you want to come cozy in your pjs, equally as wonderful!

What Will Be Provided?

• An altar space with candles, aromatherapy sprays, & oracle cards
• A light cushion to sit on
• Hot water & a tea selection
• Extra blankets, yoga mats, notebooks, & pens will be available incase you forget!

What is the Flow?

6:20-6:30 arrive, get settled.

6:40 Doors LOCK, no entry after this point

6:40- 7 Short grounding meditation, I'll offer gentle exercises and points of relfection around our theme for the evening, brief journaling time

7-7:50 Circle Sharing (you're invited, though not required to share what brought you to Circle or a reflection from your Oracle cards or something that resonates from the theme)

7:50-8 More journaling time

8-8:30 Sound Bath & Guided Meditation

What is Reiki Infused Sound Bath?

“Reiki” means “life force energy” or “Universal life energy”.

Reiki is a healing energy technique that was developed in Japan in the 1920s as a means to bring energetic balance to the body. The practice is based on the ancient premise that everything is energy. It can travel across time and space, so you don't even need to be in the same proximity as someone to receive it.

I will send Reiki to everyone during the sound bath (this is considered distance Reiki since I will be directing to everyone in the room). All you have to do is set the intention to receive!

As your Guide & Facilitator, I create an inclusive & warm environment for those who identify as women to come together and share their experience & to reconnect with their humanness, divine connection, and truth, all without judgement.

In addition to being a Circle Facilitator, I'm a Reiki & EFT Practitioner, an Intuitive Life Coach & Spiritual Guide. My clients have said I’m like their Soul Alchemist. I blend my empathic & intuitive gifts with a co-active coaching model in which I work with women to reflect on, reframe, & reclaim their truest, most fully expressed lives.

I hold the deepest belief that the world heals & becomes a better place for us all when we have the opportunity to tap into our gifts, cultivate our strengths, & do what lights us up. I trust that when we are connected to our truth & inner knowing, we create a ripple effect that creates a profound impact on our Earth & the people on it.

I live in my hometown of Cleveland Heights with my 2 young boys, husband, and our dogs, Denver & Maggie.
