Women's Circle & Kundalini Activation Mini Retreat

Join us for this Women's Circle & Kundalini Activation Mini Retreat in Tilehurst to meet with likeminded souls and bring connection and healing!

The first part of the retreat is a Women’s Circle, this is an opportunity for connection and growth in a safe and secure setting. We leave behind the scars of bitchiness and judgement and come together to reclaim our feminine power. We share our thoughts, feelings and inner truths in an environment where we are truly heard and seen. There is opportunity for profound healing and realisations, as we delve into our inner wisdom with guidance from Oracle Cards, Intentional Meditation and Reiki Healing. You are welcome to be exactly how you feel on the day, to share as little or as much as you feel like. This is a chance to offload, rest, reset and set some intentions for yourself moving forward.

Kundalini is the energy we all have in our body. It usually lays dormant at the base of our spine. Once awakened it balances the chakras (energy centres) in the body bringing you into alignment physically, emotionally and spiritually. Kundalini Activation is a powerful way to release any trauma stored in the body. It can allow negative energy to be shifted from your body and mind resulting in an improvement of overall wellbeing becoming the best version of yourself. This is an opportunity to heal from within and expand your spiritual growth to let go of the past and transform into your true authentic self. Rachel will hold the Kundalini Activation after a break for refreshments.

Becca has been holding Women’s Sisterhood Circles throughout the year. She has been an attuned Reiki Practitioner for several years with great success guiding clients to heal from within.

Trained and experienced in facilitating Kundalini Activation, Rachel creates a portal for Life Force Energy to flow and gather around and through you enabling blockages to be released and energy to finally flow through you with more ease.

Event Details

We will be harnessing the energy of the Full Moon in Capricorn to let go of anything toxic that is no longer serving our lives. We will gather to make a start at the studio at noon on Saturday 20th July. We will begin with our Women’s Circle run by Becca and take a break around 2pm for some light snacks (hopefully out in the sunshine if weather permits). We will then return to the studio for our Kundalini Activation Session run by Rachel running roughly until 4.00pm before we close our event.
