Kernow Serenity Women's Circles are inspired by the seasons, astrology, lunar cycles, the elements, chakras, Goddesses and so much more. You will feel into your own feminine essence and explore a variety of these topics at each Circle. The focus of each women's circle is to create safety; to grow authentic connections and foster friendships through sisterhood, whilst enjoying guided meditations, mindfulness practices, creative activities, conscious movement, insights and sound healing.
Sitting together in circle, as our ancestors did, we share our joy, pain and wisdom, holding space for one another, showing up exactly as we are in that moment, to be witnessed and validated.
