Join us for a nourishing Women’s Circle and Sound Ceremony—an intimate evening of connection, reflection, and relaxation.We’ll open with gentle grounding, share intentions in a safe, supportive space and there is an invitation to join in with voice activation - no experience necessary clear through our throat chakra which can often be blocked- this is always a beautiful offering of our gratitude . You can just just sit and listen if you want
We will then journey into a restorative sound bath with crystal singing bowls, gongs, voice , chimes, and soothing instruments.
Expect deep calm, nervous-system reset, and a renewed sense of clarity and sisterhood. a beautiful opportunity to consciously be in our bodies - sharing our stories
please drive into the estate and head straight down the hill towards a little bridge over the river and studio is on the left- set back in alcove
