An Evening of Heart Opening, Emotional Release & Ancestral Medicine

This gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through the heart-opening spirit of cacao.

Guided by cacao, we begin by settling into the body and creating a sense of inner safety. From this grounded place, we explore gentle breath and sound as natural ways to release stagnant energy and reconnect with what is alive within us.

There is no pressure to speak, sing, or express in any particular way.
Sound may arise through breath, humming, or quiet vocal exploration—always by choice, always guided, always respectful of your pace.

This experience is designed as a gentle introduction to working with sound and expression as pathways back to center. We close with a deep gong bath, allowing vibration to support integration, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.

This gathering reflects the heart of the Return to Your Center work:
coming home to the body, listening inward, and allowing what’s ready to move—without force.

This gathering is for women who:
• Feel curious about cacao and sound-based practices
• Desire a softer way to release tension or emotional weight
• Want to reconnect with themselves in a grounded, welcoming space
• Are new to voice or sound work and want a gentle introduction

No experience is required.
Presence is enough.

This gathering is an opportunity to meet ourselves from a more real, deep and authentic place. To step away from the noise of daily life and give yourself the gift of presence, release, and renewal. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more open, and deeply connected to yourself, to your body and emotions, and to a beautiful community walking a path of personal growth and and self-love.

Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, pillows, blankets, props for personal comfort as we will be laying down in a part of the ceremony. You are also welcome to bring a special item with spiritual or emotional meaning, journal and pen.
