COPE CIC Boxing Project is passionate about promoting mental health and physical well-being. As a non-profit organization, we are dedicated to making exercise accessible for everyone. We firmly believe that regular physical activity is essential for maintaining good mental health.

- Non-Contact Boxing Training: Led by Fatz, with support and participation from Cherisse, the founder of COPE CIC.

- Age Range: 18-30 (but women outside this demographic are welcome).
