Join me for an inspiring afternoon on Saturday, March 30, 2025, at 3:30-5 PM at 45th Parallel Wines. This event is the beginning of my Recipe for Soul-Led Living series, where we explore the essential ingredients for a life that’s deeply aligned with your true self.

This month, we’ll dive into Owning Your Power—letting go of the fear of being too much, taking up space, and showing up authentically. Through 3-5 guided journal prompts, you’ll reflect, create, and connect with the parts of you that are eager to be fully expressed.

The first half of our time will be spent journaling with the remaining time left to connect. Wine and non-alcholic beverages available for purchase. Whether you're an avid journaler or just beginning your writing journey, this gathering is for you.
