About this Event
Artificial intelligence is changing how many everyday business tasks get done. AI tools now schedule meetings, draft documents, generate reports, and manage coordination work that employees once handled manually. Women hold many of the roles that include these responsibilities, which puts women at greater risk of job loss as organizations adopt AI.
Women, Work, and AI: Preparing for the Next Workforce Shift brings together senior executives from across the region to examine what these changes mean and how organizations should respond. The evening will feature a keynote from Karen Hobbs, Senior Vice President at Butler/Till and a Nazareth alumna. Hobbs will also join a panel discussion with Olivia Goldstein, CEO of Upstate Venture Connect and partner at StartFast Ventures, and Karla George, CEO of FLX AI.
Dr. Jeffrey Allan will moderate the discussion. The panel will examine how leaders can prepare their organizations for these changes, what new roles and skills are emerging as AI adoption accelerates, and how women can position themselves for opportunities in an AI-driven economy.
