Disrupt HR Rochester 2026

Join business and HR professionals from the Greater Rochester Area for a fun and engaging networking and learning event. Our 2026 theme is DNA: Disrupt. Navigate. Adapt. We chose this theme to honor the innovators, entrepreneurs, and HR leaders who turn disruption into design, chaos into creativity, and uncertainty into opportunity. Because this city has always been built by people who don’t wait for the future, they engineer it; change is in our DNA!

This year we've had our own disruption by partnering with the Golisano Institute for Business and Entrepreneurship, allowing us to feature seven 5-minutes talks with a mix of students and seasoned professionals. We will explore the mindset, creativity, and adaptability required to shape the future of work and business.
