Join together in circle with women to weave the wisdom and stories of our lives to cultivating a safe and sacred community of witnessing where we can feel truly seen, heard, and held.
During our time together, you will be guided through a drumming meditation designed to loosen old narratives, awaken the voice, and call forward the version of yourself waiting just beyond fear. After there will be space for journaling and roundtable sharing as we embody the practice of expression and being witnessed in community. Simply saying “pass” is always welcome, as this is your own individual experience.
Please bring something to write with and write on, along with anything else that may help you feel comfortable and supported during our time together.
