Women, Wine, and The Room: Empowering the Next Generation of Women

This evening’s conversation is centered around the next generation of women, their perspectives, their challenges, their ambitions, and the realities of navigating womanhood in a rapidly changing world. Hosted inside the speakeasy at Toledo’s Share, this gathering is designed to create space for honest dialogue between women across generations, with a special focus on listening to and learning from young women who are shaping what leadership, identity, success, relationships, confidence, and community look like today.

Riley Runnells, our member and guest host, represents a generation of women who are bold, thoughtful, ambitious, and redefining the expectations placed upon them. Together, we’ll explore the conversations young women actually want to have: the pressure to succeed, finding identity and purpose, navigating relationships and social media, building confidence, protecting peace, creating community, and learning how to move through life authentically.

Women, Wine & The Room was created not simply to talk, but to hold space for honesty, perspective, wisdom, vulnerability, and connection between women who may come from different generations but still deeply need one another.
