Swamping is a way to let out big feelings, particularly difficult ones like grief and rage. Oftentimes, these feelings can feel stuck inside. Maybe we aren't even aware of them. Swamping is a somatic practice from Mama Gina's School of Womenly Arts that allows their expression in healthy and mindful ways. You might move around, make sounds you didn't know you could make, dance, or even stomp your feet! The process can feel intense yet deeply liberating, leaving you feeling lighter, more connected to yourself, and refreshed.I create a safe and brave space for women to participate in a ritual around the expression of these heavy energies in our bodies so we can move the energy and avoid the fatigue of carrying them around by ourselves.
We were not intended to feel or live this life alone. Come join me.
