I want to paint you a picture of the day.
8:30am — coach leaves Hornchurch. Coffee in hand, music on, the kind of morning energy that already feels different to a normal Sunday.
We arrive at Birling Gap. You step out and see it for the first time — Seven Sisters, the white chalk cliffs, the sea, the sky. Whatever you were carrying when you got on that coach feels a little lighter the moment you see it.
We walk up to the clifftop viewpoint together, with two Walk and Talk sessions along the way — honest conversation, no agenda, just women talking while the sea does something beautiful in the background.
We walk back down for a picnic stop — the kind of lunch that feels indulgent simply because you're eating it outside with a view worth stopping for. Then a browse around the local shops before we head home, back in Hornchurch by early evening.

- Walking involves real inclines along the clifftop path — comfortable walking shoes recommended
