Women Who Lead: Speed Mentorship Night is a dynamic, fast-paced networking experience connecting high school students, college students, and early-career professionals (years 16 - 25) with accomplished women across diverse industries.

This event is the launch of the Artbox Career Conversations Series—a curated set of professional development experiences happening throughout the year (June, September, November), designed to help you move your career forward with clarity and confidence.

• Speed Mentorship Rounds: Rotate through small-group conversations with experienced mentors
• Real Career Insights: Ask honest questions and gain practical advice
• Meaningful Networking: Build connections that go beyond LinkedIn
• Take-Home Resources: Walk away with an ARTBOX Career Kit, including: a resume tips sheet, a networking guide, and a mentor contact list

Participants will rotate through curated mentor stations, such as:

• Entrepreneurship & Small Business
• Marketing & Media
• STEM / Tech
• Nonprofit & Social Impact

This event is designed for:

• College students (UMass Boston, Quincy College, and beyond)
• Quincy & South Shore young professionals
• Early-career professionals exploring next steps
• Aspiring leaders and entrepreneurs
• Women and allies interested in leadership and growth

• 6:00 – 6:15 PM: Arrival + Open Networking
• 6:15 – 6:25 PM: Mentor Introductions
• 6:25 – 8:05 PM: Speed Mentorship Rounds
• 8:05 – 9:00 PM: Open Networking + Connections

Each round is designed to be interactive, with guided conversation prompts to spark meaningful dialogue.
