DATE/TIME OF EVENT: Aug. 15, 2026, Dinner 5:30 PM and Concert 7:00 PM

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF EVENT: Join me for a night of food, friends, and fun music! We will meet for dinner at Civil Kitchen located at 107 Park Central Square, Springfield, MO 65806. Then we will walk over to the square to listen to the FREE concert. Bring a chair, blanket, drink, and snacks for the evening. The concert lasts until 9:00 PM. There is ample street parking all throughout downtown as well as several parking garages that range from free to $20.

Due to local guidelines and regulations, Women Who Explore will be limiting the number of attendees per event. Each member attending the event will be required to register through Eventbrite.

In the event you successfully register, and then are unable to attend, please release the ticket so that another member may attend. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Sarah Girven directly!

** PLEASE NOTE: Ambassadors are not wilderness first aid certified. This is a casual get together for shared outdoor enthusiasts. Safety is a top priority; please plan accordingly.**

By registering for this event, participants agree to abide by the guidelines set forth by Women Who Explore which include:

• Practice self-awareness and do not attend if you have had any flu-like symptoms, exposed to or have tested positive for Covid in the last 14 days.

• Post-event: anyone who develops flu-like symptoms within 14 days after joining an event should contact the ambassador and Women Who Explore at [email protected].

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are registering for one of our group events, we ask that you are 100% committed to attending when you register. If you reserve a spot and are unable to attend, please cancel as soon as possible on Eventbrite. We ask that you try to cancel a minimum of 3 days prior to the day of the event as this allows other women who would like to attend the ability to plan to join us.
