Back to School Supplies Event

Rainbow Families & GLO Youth Group, let’s get ready for back-to-school season together! ✏️🌈
Families with children 17 and under are invited to join us at The GLO Center for our Rainbow Families & GLO Youth Back-to-School Event on Saturday, August 15 from 10 AM–12 PM.
This will be a chance for LGBTQ+ families and supportive caregivers to connect, celebrate the start of a new school year, and pick up school supplies for the kiddos. A member of Springfield Regional Arts Council will also be leading a notebook decorating activity!

Community members are invited to drop off donations during our regular business hours now through Friday, August 14.
Most-needed supplies include:

• Highlighters
• Composition notebooks
• Spiral notebooks
• Folders
• Kleenex
• Disinfecting wipes
• Backpacks
• Scissors
• Earbuds
• Headphones
• Binders
• Calculators
• Dry erase markers
• Pencil pouch/supplly box
Drop-off hours at The GLO Center:
Monday, Thursday & Friday: 10 AM–4 PM
Tuesday & Wednesday: 10 AM–3 PM
