With excitement you are invited to participate in a “Women Who Dare”, a 4-part series of heartfelt conversations as we gather to discover and celebrate the many historical female figures who have impacted society across various fields and eras!!
Together we will gently pull back the veil, speak their names, enter their stories, and honor them for their courageous accomplishments to embolden the rights of women, not only in society, but in your very own life.
Come celebrate the empowered women throughout history and within ourselves as we a explore “Woman Who Dare"
SCHEDULE:
Week #1: Tuesday March 31st 6:30-8:30pm
-Will feature an overview of key areas of impact, specifically highlighting pre-18th century figures and women from the BCE era.
Week #2: Tuesday April 7th 6:30-8:30pm
-Our discussion will center on women’s evolution in leadership, politics, resistance, and human rights.
Week #3: Tuesday April 14th 6:30-8:30pm
-We'll shift focus toward women revolutionaries in the arts, science, literature, intellectual essays, and modern media.
Week #4: Tuesday April 21st 6:30-8:30pm
-We will conclude with a session regarding the rise and the impact of the women's “Spirituality Awakening” which inspires, nourishes, and emboldens us to move into our own becoming.
PRESENTER: LESLIE CLARK
Leslie has had a fulfilling career in higher education. She has taught English, Philosophy, and Ethics classes at multiple universities, and holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in English Literature, with additional studies in Women's Literature, Spirituality, History, and Philosophy. Leslie developed a passion for learning about strong women who dared to follow their dreams. Her personal studies of the divine feminine and the goddess traditions have enhanced her knowledge. She is excited about the opportunity to share knowledge of all the “women who dared” and implant their bold and dauntless courage in your life.
