As part of International Women’s Month and our WCR Helping Hands Month, we’re volunteering with Habitat for Humanity of Eastern Connecticut to help build a home right here in Norwich.Not talking about community.

🏡 Women’s Council Build Day

🕣 8:30am to 2:30pm (arrive by 8:15)
📍 26 Elijah Street, Norwich
👷 Up to 12 volunteers
No construction experience needed. Habitat provides tools, guidance, and a crew leader. You just bring your energy and willingness to help.
What to expect
- Outdoor, hands-on build work
- Team bonding that goes way beyond networking
- Dress for the weather and sturdy shoes
- Bring your own lunch + water bottle
- Lots of laughs, probably some dirt, definitely impact
