💗 Walk with Purpose. Walk with Heart.
Step into the healing power of nature while raising awareness for breast cancer. This 1 hour guided walk at Raven Rock State Park invites women to come together, breathe deeply, and walk in solidarity for all those affected by breast cancer — survivors, thrivers, loved ones, and those we honor in memory.
As we move through the forest, we’ll reconnect with ourselves, strengthen our community bonds, and send love outward to every woman touched by this journey.
✨ What You’ll Experience
Opening Circle & Breathwork (10:00 AM)Gather at the picnic pavilion for a grounding meditation, gentle breathwork, and somatic movement to open your body and set intentions for the walk.
Mindful Trail Walk (10:45 AM – 11:45 PM)Walk together through the Raven Rock Loop Trail ( 2.6 miles - easy), alternating between quiet reflection and shared moments, creating unity, remembrance, and hope.
Lunch in Nature (11:45 AM)Stop at the beautiful picnic pavilion and gather for nourishing your body while surrounded by the park’s beauty.
Closing Integration Circle (12:30 PM – 1:00 PM)We’ll end our time together with guided reflection, grounding practices, and space to share dedications or prayers.
