Women Thriving Sisterhood Circle + Nature Walk

💛 You’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure this next chapter out by yourself.

Come join a circle of women who are also picking up the pieces after heartbreak, betrayal, or separation. This is a down-to-earth, supportive space where you can be yourself, be heard, and start to feel a little lighter — all while spending time in nature with women who get it.

We’ll start by sitting together, sharing (if you want-bring a question youd like to get coaching insight on), and getting grounded. Then we’ll do some simple breath and bodywork to help you let go of tension, stress, and all the stuff you’ve been carrying. We’ll finish with a slow, peaceful walk through nature at Lake Calavera — to help you come back to yourself and leave feeling more clear and calm.

Whether your breakup is fresh or you’ve been holding it all in for years, this is your space to reconnect — with yourself, your body, and other women who are walking a similar path.
