This is a space just for women. No fixing. No performing. No holding it together for everyone else.
Join us on the 1st Sunday of each month for a women-only Gong Journey designed to help you soften, release, and come back home to yourself. When women gather with intention, the nervous system exhales, the body feels safer, and deeper healing becomes possible. Science backs it. Sisterhood confirms it.
Through the powerful resonance of multiple gongs, including Iris, our 5-foot handcrafted healing gong, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative meditative state. The sound does the work. You just lie down and receive.
